Sd Sparklers are here!!!! As you may have noticed, Sd has a new early intervention program in Williston! This has been a labor of love and is really exciting for our new families and clients. Please remember to not come through the space between the hours of 8:00-3:00 beginning
January 8th. This week we will have families visiting between 8:30 and 12:00. I realize this is a big change for some of you, and I thank you in advance for accommodating us!

Sd Associates is currently looking to hire Behavior Instructors for a new Transitional Adult team at SD Associates in the Essex VT area.
The BI would work with a young woman in her own space helping her develop independence in her own living environment and meaningful access to her surrounding community.
The BI would work on a team of 3 people 8 hrs a day M-F (8:30-4:30).The BI position requires the ability to follow structured programming aswritten and overseen by a Behavior Analyst,as well as record keeping, activity planning and maintaining and preparing program space and materials.
Qualities that will make a candidate successful in this position also include the following:
Energetic , Organized and Flexible
Loves a challenge and being creative
Active and in good physical shape
Experience working and or comfortable with clients who can be aggressive
Reliable
Able to follow a crisis protocol and program consistently
Capable of accurate data collection
Receptive to feedback and interest in ABA, Applied Behavior Analysis and or Willingness to learn effective communication skills written and verbal
Benefits:
Will be given instruction and supervision to become a Registered Behavior Technician

20 paid days off a year plus additional paid holidays!
Pay Range $38,000 - $42,000 per year depending on qualifications and
experience
$1000 Tuition Reimbursement per year.
