Hi Everyone,
Hope you are enjoying this soggy summer day! We need the rain desperately, so thank you Mother Nature!
Here’s what we have for you this week:
From H.R./B.O.:
- A reminder about mileage: Please note that mileage for July will be closed on July 31st at 11:59pm. All mileage needs to be submitted in a timely manner. We cannot accept any mileage after mileage has been locked. If you cannot access mileage through JANE, please submit a help-desk ticket to I.T. through the employee website. Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
- 401K Participants: Please see the attached instructions for logging into your account to access information on your 401K plan.
- Employee Time Card Approval must happen at the end of your shift today (7.25).
Around the Office:
- In the coming weeks, some materials will be moved to our Windsor location. If you have client files that are over a year old, please let Anthony know as he will coordinating the move. If packages are dropped off by UPS, FedEx, or WB Mason, please DO NOT throw the boxes away. They will be used to transport the materials to be moved. Please put the boxes in room 22 (the room across from the PSI office). Thank you for your help.
- If you have any photos from the staff retreat that you are ready to unload off your phone, send your best shots to Liam. He will be putting together a slide show in the near future. Also, if you have not already done so, please take a few moments to fill out this survey for the staff retreat. YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT!!! It allows those who plan the retreat to take others’ opinions into consideration when planning for the next one. It is a brief survey, so please participate! Thank you!

- With Conor’s new role as “Program Manager”, he will also be taking over the Office Manager responsibilities from Mary Peet to free up time for her to work on HR-related tasks. Starting next week, please send all your requests for orders, maintenance requests, and building concerns to Conor at conor.simmons@sdplus.org. First item on his agenda is to address the sticky front door lock, as we do realize that many are struggling with entering the building. We are planning on installing a key-less entry system in the near future; however, in the meantime, here is Conor’s brilliant discovery for entering the building with more ease: “turn your key all the way to the left at the 7 o’clock position and give the handle a good crank” 8-)
