Time card approval

The pay period ends on tomorrow. Please approve your time card by the end of the day on Friday (you can also approve after your shift tomorrow). Review your time card thoroughly to make sure there are no missing punches and that all your days worked are accounted for. Submit any necessary time and attendance forms. Reach out to your supervisor if you have any questions

W-2s

For those of you anxiously awaiting the arrival of tax season, W-2s have come in. You can view and print your W-2 on Paychex, but there are also hard copies waiting for your. Stop by Jimmy’s office to pick yours up.

KAZOOOOOOOO Updates

• We wanted to note that if you want more points, send people to check out the Rewards section and you can actually BUY points!
• On Feb. 1st, everyone will automatically receive 291 points to send out; this will occur at the first of every month.
• Thank you for keeping client information out of recognitions.
• Also, note that you can earn points weekly by tallying up your data sheets
• When sending recognitions, it automatically defaults to sending 25 points; however, if you would like to adjust that and give more or less points, you can.
  
• I have been compiling all the thoughtful ideas from staff about behavior bonuses and rewards, and new things will be rolled out over the next couple months. Thank you to everyone who has reached out.

Montpelier As February schedules come out next week please make sure to look at all days for each of your clients.  Team Meetings are on a variety of days and BZ hours are different some days due to this.  

Please double check thermostats before you leave at the end of the day and turn them back down for the night. 

Please make sure that all outlet covers go back on all outlets accessible to the Sparklers.
