01 Hoopla 02/12/2020
Hello all,
Welcome to (the end of) Wednesday. A few messages below, for your
reading pleasure.
Time off for March
Saturday the 15th is the last day to submit planned requests for
March. Please get them in by then. Requests submitted after the
15th will be considered unplanned.
Message From IT
Hello all! Brand-new, never been discussed information coming at
you.
Please try to check for updates Tuesday nights or Wednesday
mornings. Microsoft does weekly security updates on Tuesdays, and
when devices don’t get regularly updated, it can cause issues here
and there.
Antecedent manipulations go a long way, and this is the easiest and most effective intervention for everyone. No, it won’t stop all issues, but it will help!
Thank you,
Josh, Gary and Derek
KAZOO
If you had a birthday or work anniversary in January or have one for February, please check your Kazoo notifications, as you should automatically receive some Kazoo points for birthday and anniversaries. This may be happening for birthdays, but it may not be happening for anniversaries. If you think you didn’t get Kazoo points for one of those, please email Jenn Johnson at jen.johnson@sdplus.org. Also, make sure your Kazoo profile is up to date with your accurate birthday and start date.
Our colleagues down at the Windsor location were just activated on Kazoo today! Now the entire company is hooked in,which is great. Now you will also see the activity of staff in Windsor. However, you can go online and change that if you’d like to only view activity from Northern Vermont. When you log in from your computer, you will see on the right hand side it says “Your Company”…you can click on the locations that are relevant to you.
On your phone you can click on the the line with circles to the right of the activity screen and you will get to a screen that lists Activity Type, Relationship and Location. There you can click on the locations that are relevant to you.
SPARE TIME
There are still some spots left for the staff get-together at Spare Time. Sign up in the link below if you’re interested! This will take place on Feb. 21st from 7-10 PM.
MONTPELIER
When parked at the office, please make sure you are not blocking the side door, as this can prove to be a safety issue. Also, please make sure staff who are with 156 have a parking space available to them!
Please notify your PSI or Lindsay L if data packets for your client are getting low.
If office supplies or materials for a client are running low, please write this on the whiteboard in the office or email Lindsay so they can be ordered. Have a good evening! Thanks for everything you do to improve the lives of your students!
