*PTO Requests for April

Please submit any time off requests for April by this Sunday, 3.5. Any requests submitted after this time will be considered Unplanned Time Off.

*Unplanned Time Off versus Personal Time Off

Please note the difference between Unplanned Time Off (UPTO) and Personal Time Off and when to request the appropriate time. Personal Time Off are those requests submitted before the 15th of a given month for a future month. Unplanned Time are those requests submitted after the 15th of a given month for a future month. This includes call outs. If you call out on the day of a scheduled shift, submit a request for Unplanned Time Off. Please reach out to your supervisor if you have any questions about this.

FRIENDLY REMINDER: 401k Open Enrollment for NVT effective April 1st, 2020!

To All NVT staff,

We would like to inform you that Open Enrollment for 401k is here!

If you are interested in participating, here is some important information to get you started.

To be eligible to enroll, you must be a full-time employee, at least 21 years of age and have been employed at SD for 6 full months or more.

If you elect to participate, please complete the attached Payroll Authorization form, which can also be found in the Williston office lobby, and scan/email to HR (sdhumanresources@sdplus.org) no later than March 26, 2020.

If we don’t receive your form by the above date, you will have to wait for the next Open Enrollment period!!
