RE: Coronavirus Update
Hello All,
The level of uncertainty and continual change in the state wide recommendations have made all decisions regarding next steps in our service delivery very difficult. We have wavered back and forth on where our services fall regarding definitions of “essential services” and “essential employees” and have determined as of right now they do fit the definition of being “essential”. We believe that our ABA services are an essential component to your child’s growth and in some cases absence from medically necessary programming for long periods of time could be harmful. That being said, we do need some time to make a plan for well thought out service provision that considers the many variables of this unique and ever changing situation. We regret to say we will be postponing all client services next week so we can have time to evaluate how to make service delivery a possibility.
We are committed to finding a creative solution that will allow us to serve your child and still consider the safety of the community. Your child’s behavior analyst will be in touch with you by phone next Tuesday or Wednesday to check in on how you are doing and what your comfort level is about re-starting services in the near future. We do apologize for the changing information as we navigate through this. Please feel free to reach out to your behavior analyst if you have any immediate needs and or would like to set up a time to chat Tuesday or Wednesday. Either way, we will be in touch next week.
Be Well.
