Hello S^D Staff,

IT has created a page on the employee website with a list of tutorials on how to use the various features of the new company instant messaging software called Cliq Chat. This uses your existing email address and password (no additional logins required). Just a few of the features of this are: INSTANT one-on-one chatting (like the old AIM or MSN Messenger), as well as group chats, voice or video calls (like Skype), screen sharing (like GoToMeeting), a whiteboard, and more.

To current website password is: BeWell2020! (upper-case “B” and “W”, plus one exclamation point on the end)

There are alternative ways of accessing this chat: both via mobile apps for your phones and from the webmail right on your browser. However, through extensive testing we’ve determined that the computer application/program is definitely the most stable and effective instance of this instant messaging application.

The link above contains the tutorials that detail how to install this on a Windows PC or a MAC Computer. Please make sure you’re viewing the correct tutorial as the download links are different depending on which type of computer you use!
