In various everyday situations, there may be ethical questions that arise and we value discussion about them so we can protect the ethical and clinical integrity of programming and interactions for clients and staff. At times staff may have a concern they want to examine closer but don’t have an ethical complaint. In these instances, we encourage staff to reach out to their Supervisor or Clinical BA to be able to engage in a review of their ethical concern. A review of clinical and ethical components is a part of team meetings and at times there may be discussion in that venue as well. However, if staff have an ethical complaint they should use the form below

To support our staff in understanding, practicing, and communicating about our ethical practices, we have created the following process:

Once a complaint is received, it will be reviewed and you will receive a written response within 4 weeks.
