Hello Everyone,
Please be on the lookout for an e-mail from sdalerts@sdplus.org regarding any possible delayed openings or cancellations tomorrow morning due to the snowstorm.
From the B.O./H.R.
- Pay period ends tomorrow, March 8th. Time cards must be approved by the end of the day on Friday, March 9th.
- Please note that Petty Cash is now being handled by the Specialized Team in Williston, so all petty cash requests should now go to the PSI office. A reminder that petty cash purchases should be pre-approved by your supervisor and a material’s form must be completed upon returning the receipt and change to the PSI office. Also, please check around the office before purchasing items.
- Please also be reminded to use your specialized team for general company-related questions or concerns. Contact HR via e-mail with more HR-related specific questions. If you require a meeting, please make a request by e-mail as well. Due to the confidential nature of our work, HR cannot function as a drop-in office. We have replaced the folder marked “Ashley” with a folder marked “HR/BO” in the wall file holder next to the front desk to make it more clear as to where you should put forms/documents that need to go to either the BO or HR. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to continuing to be of service to you in any way that may be helpful.
Around the Office
- McKenzie Bover was entered into the drawing and won a time keeper award for this past pay period! Thank you for consistently keeping good track of your time card, McKenzie! Please pick up your prize of $25 cash from the PSI office.
- As you are aware, Wednesdays are a busy day here in the Williston office, and parking becomes limited. Please reserve the back parking lot for staff working with clients. Please be conscientious about not taking the last parking space. There is space behind the meat market to park.
- We have 3 new RBTs in the house! Congratulations to Emily McDonnell, Greg Sierman and Sean Walkama, who all passed their exam in February. YOU ROCK
Thanks again for all your dedication and hard work!
Smiles,
Lesha
