Happy Wednesday!!!
- There have been a few updates in the VT. Employee Policy Manual specifically to Military Leave and a section added at the end about Mandated Reporting. You can check it out on the employee website. As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
- If you are taking the online CPR/First Aid course, please be careful not to select the “lifetime membership” (as it is an additional $40). Thanks for your careful attention to this matter.
Important reminder: Mileage is now entered in Jane. Mileage will close at the end of the day (11:59 p.m.) on Monday April 30. As per ongoing policy, once the mileage books close, you will not be able to submit mileage, thus will not be reimbursed for mileage if you miss the deadline. Please try to get your mileage in sooner rather than later so Anna can help troubleshoot any problems before Monday!
We will have multiple visitors next week and would like to make the best impression possible! Please be aware of the general “tidiness” of the school, including student work spaces and group areas (such as the TV room).
-In addition to tidying up the school, as we all know, illness has taken over
Foundations! Let’s coordinate with our team members to disinfect student
work spaces at the end of the day! For example, spraying tables, door
knobs, cleaning tokens, etc.
Now that the weather (might be?) is getting warmer, we want to remind staff of the dress code. Shoes must be closed toe, pants must go past the knees, and tank tops are generally not recommended. If tank tops are worn, they should cover the shoulders (so no spaghetti straps) and layers are recommended (which basically defeats the purpose of wearing a tank top ;) ). The dress code is to ensure your and others safety!
Did you know each BI now has a mailbox located in the PSI office? Please check your mailbox for important announcements, handouts, meeting notes, messages from H.R. and more! Who knows, maybe there will even be a surprise in there :)
Have a great rest of the week and remember…we are all M.A.D. (Making A Difference) here!
