PCA Requests

If staff end up working as a PCA for an Sd student please connect with your Supervisor to let them know. Please know that you are not covered to use SUPPORT techniques when you are not working as an Sd employee. When you are working as a PCA the family is your employer. Also, please be careful not to answer clinical questions that a family may direct to you as those should be directed to their clinical behavior analyst. Please be aware of any boundaries or ethical issues that may come up as result of being employed by a family. Refer to the BACB RBT code of ethics that all BI staff should abide by (even if you are not an RBT). Seek support from your Supervisor as needed.
