Happy New Year! The SD family would like to support each one of you in making 2015 a healthy and happy year. Some of you may have already made a New Year’s resolution, some of you may still be thinking about it, and others may just need a little support to do so J. If you are interested in setting goals (“healthy resolution”) for yourself for 2015 we would like to add a little reinforcement for you along the way to accomplish these goal(s).
Operational Definition of a “healthy resolution”: Any change in ones behavior that supports ones own emotional wellbeing or physical health.
Considerations:
– This is completely voluntary. You will not get paid for the work you do to meet your goal and must be done during your own time. However, it is encourage that you use your colleagues as supports as you make these changes in your own behavior!
– Rewards range from 1-4 hours of PTO PLUS fun prizes along the way for working on your goals.
– Staff who are considered part time and those who do not typically receive PTO/ETO reinforcement will take the form of hours added to your paychecks.
– Billable hour staff reinforcement will be calculated as 1 admin hour and will be added as a bonus to your paycheck.
– Social Hours (as noted below) will have various FUN activities built in to them. More information to follow on what these will entail.
Rewards:
15-20 pts – 1 hour of PTO
21-30 pts – 2 hours of PTO
31-45 pts – 3 hours of PTO
46-50 pts – 4 hours of PTO
