01 Hoopla 11/29/17
Good morning Everyone,
Hope this finds you well on this sunny day!
Quite a few important reminders today, so please read carefully:
– Attached please find a family letter which will go out today outlining our winter weather policy as well as ethical guidelines around gift-giving. Also attached is a BI letter and flow charts.
– Please note that if you have anything to go to Lesha, place it in the confidential folder on the wall to the right of the receptionist desk (as you are seated there) with her name on it. There is also a folder marked “Ashley” which you may put any business office/HR related paperwork/forms, etc.
– If you notice that hand towels are out in any of the dispensers scattered throughout the office, please let whomever is seated at the front desk know. If no one is available, send Mary Peet an e-mail. Note: there is a black plastic key in the left hand drawer of the reception desk to use to get into the dispensers. Hand towel refill rolls can be found in the supply closet.
– Please be reminded to submit your mileage for the month of November by the end of the day on Sunday, December 3rd. We will be locking mileage by 8am Monday, December 4th.
– Please be reminded that 401K paperwork is due to H.R.by end of the day today if possible. Friday, 12.1.17 by 12pm at the absolute latest.
– The active client list is updated. Please look at your case load. If you are not consistently billing what it shows there for billing, please let your CC know – why??? ASAP as this will need to be adjusted before Jane is up and running as you will be flagged for not billing. The key word here is CONSISTENTLY . Thank you! The next round of clinicals will be the following dates: 1.24.18, 1.31.18. , 2.7.18, 2.14, 18 and 2.21.18 * Please let Lesha know by Monday 12.4.17 if you are unable to make a date or would like any considerations in the building of the schedule.
A note from Ann Dutil:
My dear SD Family December 1st will be my last day with you all here in Williston. It has been my privilege to be a part of this amazing team. I will miss seeing the smiles on the clients faces. I will miss hearing the celebrations. Everyone here has a gift that changes lives for the children and families you serve. I hope in some small way from my insurance and payroll world I was able to make your jobs a little easier. I thank you for all you do. I will miss you all. “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying good-bye so hard” – Winnie the Pooh
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break!
So thankful for all you do everyone!
Smiles,
Lesha
